JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Perform administrative duties for Vice-President/General Manager 2. Observe, implement, oversee & ensure compliance of all personnel and benefits policies 3. Coordinate all new job postings, orientations, and enrollment procedures 4. Coordinate all employee exit interviews and termination procedures 5. Implement, oversee, and ensure compliance of all EEO procedures 6. Implement, oversee, and ensure compliance of all pre-employment screenings, OSHA, workers compensation, and vehicle accident policies 7. Input required employee information and maintain accuracy of Payroll Database and payroll, personnel, 401k, medical files (hard copy or electronic) 8. Implement, oversee, and organize the company’s internship program and recruitment efforts 9. Prepare accounts payable for processing at Regional Office 10. Coordinate and verify employee payroll with Regional Office 11. Coordinates correspondence and special projects with direction from General Manager 12. Works closely with all department managers EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NECESSARY: 1. Applicant must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2. At least four years experience using secretarial, personnel, and/or accounting skills 3. Great organizational skills, must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task 4. Great people skills REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field preferred Must be able to lift 30lbs, sit, and stand for long periods of time Must be able to pass drug screening, MVR and credit/criminal background check.
