Job Description Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Platinum 96.7, DFW?s fasting growing radio station featuring music from the 50?s to 80?s is seeking aggressive candidates capable of working established businesses and prospecting new business. Must be self motivated, hard working and able to meet individual goals and projections. Excellent opportunities for account assignment and financial growth.

? Drive and maximize revenue growth with direct clients
? Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
? Engage direct client decision makers at all levels
? Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
? Develop winning selling strategies and proposals

Education, Skills and Other Requirements
? College grad or equivalent
? 3 years of radio sales experience
? Knowledge of basic computer skills
? Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value, not price
? Proven communication, presentation and sales skills
