KUVN Univision Channel 23 is looking for a lively, energetic Full Time Sports anchor and reporter. Job Description: Will be responsible for gathering information and producing reports on many current sports events, games and personalities, and preparing sports segment for live on air broadcast. We have heavy emphasis on enterprising local sports stories. Requirements: Basic editing and producing skills Posses a dynamic on air personality and live reporting skills Team player who works well under deadline pressure Minimum 5 years television anchor/reporter experience covering Sports required. BA or BS in Journalism or related field required. Must possess excellent Spanish and English language skills. Ability and willingness to work variable schedule (including weekends) and overtime and must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs of equipment while assisting photographer.
