Guest Passes	Download Please distribute to any prospective clients/attendees. Do not use to register booth personnel.	August 1
Exhibitor Services	www.myfreemanonline.com The Freeman website contains all the necessary forms to order audio/visual, electrical, freight, telephone, furniture & other services. TAB recommends you handle all shipping through Freeman. Do not ship directly to the Renaissance.

Show hours	Thursday, Aug. 7 • 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tear down	Thursday, Aug. 7 • 5-11 p.m.

Loading & parking	The loading dock is located on the north side of the hotel. There is no parking at the loading dock. Self parking at the Renaissance is free. Valet is $14/day.
